This tribute has been set up in memory of Jack. 2wish has helped us massively so far and we know that they will continue to do so. Nothing else like them exists in Wales. Their sole purpose is to help families who encounter sudden loss of their children and young adults. They have been fantastic and rely on donations to keep their services going, so in Jacks memory I would like to give everyone the chance to donate something.
